Optimize of extraction process of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Mixture by multi-index comprehensive score method |

Abstract Objective To optimize the optimum extraction process of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Mixture. Methods The single factor test and orthogonal test were used to optimize the extraction process with the comprehensive score of the content of calycosin glucoside and salvianolic acid B, and the extraction rate as the comprehensive evaluation index, and decocting time, decocting times and water addition ratio as the factors. Results The results showed that adding ten times of water and extracting three times for one hour each time was the optimum process. Conclusion The optimized extraction process of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Mixture has good stability and high feasibility, and can be used for the standardized production of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Mixture.
