Abstract Humanistic hospital is a sustainable development hospital with the core value of hospital culture construction. The traditional "extensive" hospital development does not pay attention to the construction of hospital culture and the role of human in organization. While the background of "internet + medicine" contributes to the construction of hospital informatization, it also provides a new starting point and platform for the construction of hospital culture. Based on the background of "internet + medicine", this paper analyzes the construction of humanistic hospitals and explores the theoretical basis and path of the construction of humanistic hospitals in public hospitals.
