Application of mind mapping nursing process based on feedforward control in perioperative period of SAH patients undergoing embolization |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping nursing process based on feedforward control in perioperative embolization of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods A total of 80 SAH patients who received treatment in Bozhou People’s Hospital in Anhui Province from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected for interventional embolization surgery. They were divided into study group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given mind mapping nursing intervention based on feedforward control. The recovery of neurological function and activities of daily living, the incidence of postoperative complications and the satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results At discharge, the neurological function score of the two groups was lower than that at admission, and the study group was lower than the control group; the scores of activities of daily living in the two groups were higher than those in the admission, and the study group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of mind map nursing process based on feedforward control in perioperative period of SAH patients with embolization is significant and worthy of promotion.
