非意愿妊娠患者人工流产后创伤后成长与自我表露和心理韧性的相关性研究

Abstract Objective To explore the relationship between post-traumatic growth and self-disclosure and psychological resilience in patients with unwanted pregnancy after induced abortion. Methods A total of 254 induced abortion patients in the Department of Gynecology, Wuhan Third Hospital from September to November 2022 were selected by convenience sampling method. General data questionnaire, post-traumatic growth scale (PTGI), self-disclosure scale [distfess self-disclosure scale (DDI)], and mental resilience scale (CD-RISC) were used to investigate the current situation. Results A total of 254 questionnaires were sent out, and 250 were valid, with an effective recovery rate of 98.4%. The total score of the 250 patients was (66.58±13.96) points, mental toughness total score was (87.19±15.10) points, and total self-disclosure score was (37.75±7.00) points, respectively. The total score of PTGI scale of patients with different education levels was compared, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total score and dimensions of the post-traumatic growth scale of 250 patients after abortion were positively correlated with the total score and dimensions of the mental toughness scale and the total score of the self-disclosure scale (P＜0.01). Conclusion The post-traumatic growth of patients with unwanted pregnancy after induced abortion is at a moderate level, which is positively correlated with mental toughness and self-disclosure.
