Abstract With the rapid development of China’s economy and society and the gradual deepening of the reform of medical and health system, the development of multi-hospitals of first class general hospital has become the inevitable trend. This not only promotes the continuous development of China’s healthcare industry and improves the quality of medical treatment for the people, but also brings new opportunities and challenges to the construction and practice of hospital talent training systems. This paper will be based on the talent training status of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital Medical University in recent years, and analyze the problems faced by the talent cultivation system of first class general hospital from multiple perspectives and levels under the current situation. Thoroughly analyze the reasons and propose corresponding construction plans, in order to provide reference for the evaluation and reform of the talent training system of first class general hospital in multi-district hospitals.
