揿针对膝关节置换术后患者康复的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of press needle on rehabilitation of patients after knee arthroplasty. Methods Seventy patients who received unilateral total knee arthroplasty in Beijing Daxing District Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2020 to March 2022 were selected as study objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received continuous adductor canal block (ABC) analgesia under the guidance of ultrasound after surgery, and observation group was combined with press needle on the basis of control group. Visual analog scale (VAS) scores at resting and passive functional exercise and knee movement angles were compared between two groups at 24, 48, 72, 96 h, and 120 h after surgery; the recovery rate of oral analgesic drugs after surgery, length of hospitalization, and satisfaction score were compared between two groups; the occurrence of complications in two groups was observed. Results VAS scores at resting and passive functional exercise and knee movement angles at different time points in two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05); 24, 48, 72, 96 h, and 120 h after surgery, VAS scores at resting and passive functional exercise in observation group were lower than those in control group, and knee movement angles were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The recovery rate of oral analgesic drugs after surgery in observation group was lower than that in control group, the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in control group, and the satisfaction score was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Continuous ACB analgesia combined with press needle can effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients with total knee arthroplasty, promote early active functional exercise in patients, reduce the use of analgesic drugs, shorten length of hospitalization， and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
