Abstract To explore the breakthrough point of pharmacy practice of clinical pharmacists participating in the rescue of critically ill patients, by participating in the diagnosis and treatment process of critically ill patients, combining the conditions of kidney function, paying attention to drug interactions, timely adjusting the drug treatment interventions, the clinical pharmacists in drug therapy play their own professional advantages, assist doctors to optimize the treatment plan, play an important role in the clinical treatment team, realize the hospitalized patients through individualized drug treatment.
