Application effect of Cox health behavior interaction combined with emotion theory in secondary prevention of congenital heart disease after interventional surgery |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of Cox health behavior interaction combined with emotion theory in secondary prevention of congenital heart disease after interventional surgery. Methods A total of 102 children with congenital heart disease admitted to the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University from November 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into reference group and study group, with 51 cases in each group. The reference group was given affective theory intervention, and the study group was given Cox health behavior interaction intervention. The effects of mental health scale (MHS-CA), general amount scale of family caregiver task inventory (FCTI), and cardiac rehabilitation were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of MHS-CA scale in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the study group was lower than the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the FCTI scale of both groups was higher than those before intervention, and the research group was higher than the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The left ventricular ejection fractions of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, while the left ventricular end diastolic diameter of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cox health behavior interaction combined with emotion theory can improve the negative emotions and cardiac rehabilitation effect of children with congenital heart disease after interventional surgery, improve the ability of family members to self-care.
