骨搬运与Masquelet诱导膜技术治疗长骨感染合并大段骨缺损的效果比较

Abstract Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of bone transport and Masquelet induced membrane technique in the treatment of long bone infection combined with large segmental bone defect. Methods Forty patients with long bone infection combined with large segment bone defect admitted to the Second Hospital of Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group (Masquelet induced membrane technique, 20 cases) and control group (bone transport, 20 cases) according to random number table method. The therapeutic effect, number of operations, clinical healing time, full weight-bearing time of lower limbs, treatment cost, and postoperative visual analog scale (VAS) score, Fereadez-Esteve calluses score, Iowa score were compared between the two groups. Complications were recorded in the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in treatment effect between the two groups (P＞0.05). The number of operations, and treatment cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, clinical healing time, full weight-bearing time of lower limbs in the observation were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the of Fereadez-Esteve calluses score, and knee, ankle joints scores of Iowa score were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Masquelet induced membrane technique can effectively accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients with long bone infection combined with large segment bone defect.
