止痛散穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆在癌痛患者中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhitong Powder acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing beans in the treatment of cancer pain. Methods A total of 159 patients with cancer pain in Beijing Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were included as the subjects, and they were divided into three groups by random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. All three groups were treated with conventional western medicine. On this basis, auricular point pressing bean group was treated with auricular point pressing beans, acupoint application group was treated with Zhitong Powder acupoint application, and combined group was treated with Zhitong Powder acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing beans for 7 days. The visual analogue scale (VAS), the number of pain outbreaks and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) were compared before and after treatment in the three groups; the incidence of adverse reactions in the three group was analyzed. Results After treatment, the VAS scores and the number of pain outbreaks in the three groups were lower than those before treatment, and the VAS scores and the number of pain outbreaks in the combined group were lower than those in the auricular point pressing beans group and acupoint application group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the PSQI scores of the three groups were higher than those before treatment, and the PSQI scores of the combined group were higher than those of the auricular point pressing bean group and the acupoint application group (P＜0.05). There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among three groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The effect of Zhitong Powder acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing bean in the treatment of cancer pain patients is better, which can effectively reduce the degree of pain, reduce the number of pain outbreaks, improve sleep quality, and have better safety.
