经脐两孔腹腔镜与单孔腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的效果对比

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of transumbilical two-port laparoscopy and single-port laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods A total of 144 patients with hysteromyoma who underwent myomectomy in Lianyungang Second People’s Hospital, Jiangsu Province from August 2019 to August 2021 were collected as the research objects. According to random number table method, they were divided into two-port group and control group, with 72 cases in each group. The two-port group underwent transumbilical two-port laparoscopic myomectomy, and control group underwent transumbilical single-port laparoscopic myomectomy. The basic conditions of two groups were compared, the visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of two groups were compared at 24, 48 h, and 72 h after operation, the aesthetic satisfaction of the incision at one month after operation of two groups were compared, and the incidence of complications in two groups was counted. Results The operation time, postoperative hospital stay, and anal exhaust time in two-port group were shorter than those in control group, and the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hemoglobin decline were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). VAS scores of two groups at different time points were statistically significant (P＜0.05); VAS scores at 48 h and 72 h after operation in two-port group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in postoperative incision cosmetic score between two groups (P＞0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Transumbilical two-port laparoscopy for the treatment of hysteromyoma can obtain satisfactory therapeutic effects, shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss, relieve postoperative pain, and accelerate postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
