PAC弹性理论指导下分阶段康复指导在系统性红斑狼疮患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To analyze the application of staged rehabilitation guidance under the guidance of PAC elasticity theory in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods A total of 80 SLE patients admitted to Qingdao Municipal Hospital, Shandong Province, from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected, and they were divided into control group and experimental group by envelope random method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given basic nursing care, and the experimental group was given staged rehabilitation guidance under the guidance of PAC elasticity theory. The effects of anxiety, depression, connor-davidson resilience scale (CD-RICS) scores, intervention effects and safety were compared between the two groups. Results After four weeks of nursing, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in experimental group were lower than those in control group, and the scores in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P＜0.05); the score and total score of CD-RICS in two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the experimental group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). The healing time of ulcerated skin in experimental group was shorter than that in control group (P＜0.05); the complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of SLE patients, the phased rehabilitation guidance under the guidance of PAC elasticity theory has a significant effect, which has a relatively obvious improvement effect on negative emotions. The speed of erythema fading is accelerated, the psychological resilience of patients is stronger, and the complications are reduced, which is worth promoting.
