| Effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with fine nursing on self-efficacy and quality of life of patients after breast cancer surgery |

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with fine nursing on self-efficacy and quality of life of patients after breast cancer surgery. Methods A total of 104 breast cancer patients treated in Nanjing Hospital Integrated of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects. The control group was given fine nursing, while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with fine nursing. The self-efficacy, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of general self-efficacy sensing scale in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After nursing, the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Breast cancer patients after the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with fine nursing, the effect is significant, can effectively enhance patients’ self-efficacy, improve the quality of life.
