银屑病患者病耻感评估工具及影响因素的研究进展

Abstract Patients with psoriasis are prone to stigma. Timely and effective evaluation of stigma in patients with psoriasis and the adoption of targeted intervention strategies are of great significance for improving the outcome of rehabilitation and quality of life. Based on the literature review, this paper systematically reviewed five kinds of stigma assessment tools for psoriasis patients, including the feelings of stigmatization questionnaire, the questionnaire on experience with skin complaints, the 6-item stigmatization scale, the internalized stigma of mental illness, and the perceived stigmatization questionnaire, the influencing factors of stigma in patients psoriasis with were summarized from the aspects of social demography, disease, psychology and social support, in order to provide reference for the development of localized stigma assessment tools for patients with psoriasis, scientific application assessment tools and relevant interventions.
