质量控制理论下护理干预在介入治疗急性脑梗死患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in interventional treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI) under quality control theory. Methods A total of 120 patients with ACI received interventional therapy in Hainan Provincial People’s Hospital from February 2019 to December 2021 were selected as study subjects. The patients were divided into routine group and intervention group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing intervention, and the intervention group was given nursing intervention based on quality control theory on the basis of routine nursing, the incidence of complications (rash, cerebral hemorrhage, venous thrombosis, etc.), neurological function (National Institutes of Health stroke scale [NIHSS]), and nursing satisfaction (self-designed satisfaction questionnaire), etc. were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage, subcutaneous hematoma at puncture site, and transition perfusion syndrome in intervention group was lower than that in conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05), NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those of before intervention, and the intervention group was lower than the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of intervention group was higher than that of conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention based on quality control theory during the interventional therapy of ACI patients can significantly reduce the complications of interventional therapy, promote better improvement of patients’ neurological function, and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction.
