疼痛循证护理对输尿管结石患者疼痛程度、自我管理能力、生活质量的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effects of pain evidence-based nursing on pain degree, self-management ability, and quality of life in patients with ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 106 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to North Anhui Coal Power Group General Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected, they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. The control group took routine nursing, the observation group took pain evidence-based nursing, both intervention for one month. Pain degree, self-management ability, and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the visual analog scale scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05); the scores of self-management ability, and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based pain nursing can effectively improve the degree of postoperative pain, self-management ability, and quality of life of patients with ureteral calculi.
