Abstract Gastric cancer risk assessment system is an important method for gastric cancer screening and early diagnosis and treatment work to identify high-risk groups of gastric cancer. Such systems include clinical variables and serum markers comprehensive correlation assessment system, clinical variables correlation score system, serum markers correlation score system, gene polymorphism loci related gastric cancer risk prediction system. The results show that the above evaluation system is helpful for gastric cancer screening and early diagnosis and treatment, and has high application value. On the basis of the existing assessment system, experts have found some new risk related variables, which is expected to establish a more efficient and practical assessment system. This article reviews the recent research status and prospects of gastric cancer risk assessment system in gastric cancer screening, aiming to provide reference value for the selection of practical assessment system for gastric cancer screening and early diagnosis and treatment, and provide reference direction for the establishment of a simpler and more efficient assessment system in the future.
