Abstract With the increasing number of operations, the traditional preoperative evaluation model of anesthesia can no longer meet the medical needs of patients. Therefore, it is important to explore a new evaluation model to improve the medical service capacity of the hospital. Establish a center with full-time anesthesiologists and anesthesiologists to jointly conduct preoperative visit and evaluation, provide the diagnosis and treatment services of waiting, pre-examination, and evaluation visit, and realize one-stop preoperative evaluation of anesthesia with patients’ active participation, assisted evaluation by anesthesia nurses, and paperless medical record preservation. The anesthesia preoperative evaluation center not only improves the work efficiency of anesthesia visits and the rate of preoperative visits, but also plays a positive role in alleviating the tension and fear of patients during surgery and anesthesia, thus improving the doctor-patient relationship and providing patients with higher quality medical services.
