利那洛肽联合肠内营养液在便秘型肠易激综合征患者结肠镜检查中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of Linalopeptide combined with enteral nutrition solution on colonoscopy in patients with constipation type irritable bowel syndrome. Methods A total of 136 patients with constipation type irritable bowel syndrome who underwent colonoscopy in Taizhou First People’s Hospital from February 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (68 cases) and observation group (68 cases) by random number table method. The control group was given compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder before intestinal examination, and the observation group was given Linalopeptide on the basis of the control group. The intestinal cleanliness, spasm, pain, tolerance, and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The score of intestinal cleanliness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The scores of pain and spasm in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The tolerance of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Linalopeptide combined with enteral nutrition solution has high cleanliness in colonoscopy in patients with constipation type irritable bowel syndrome, which is worthy of popularization and application.
