腰椎间盘突出症的保守治疗进展

Abstract Lumbar disc herniation (LDH) is the most common cause of lumbago-leg pain. Conservative treatment is the first choice for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinically. Conservative treatment is the preferred method of clinical treatment of LDH. This article reviews bed rest, traction therapy, physical therapy, drug therapy, massage acupuncture and other conservative treatment methods, summarizes the general situation of LDH conservative treatment, and points out that the combination of two or more treatments has good clinical effects, low recurrence rate, in the hope that it can better guides the clinical and provides direction for future clinical research on conservative treatment of LDH.
