音乐韵律感知疗法联合rTMS对言语障碍伴智力低下的交流能力及智力发育的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effects of music prosodic perception therapy combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on communication ability and intellectual development of speech disorders combined with mental retardation. Methods A total of 106 children with language disorder combined with mental retardation admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from June 2020 to November 2021 were selected for a prospective study. They were divided into control group (53 cases, rTMS treatment) and observation group (53 cases, musical prosodic perception +rTMS treatment) according to random number table method. Communication abilities in daily living (CADL), intelligence development, speech improvement, and intelligence improvement were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, CADL score in two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the observation group was higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The scores of language ability, adaptability, gross motor, personal social interaction, and fine motor were all increased in the two groups, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The speech improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The improvement effect of intelligence in observation group was better than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Music prosodic perception therapy combined with rTMS has a significant effect in the treatment of children with speech disorders combined with mental retardation, which can better improve the communication ability and intellectual development of children, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
