| Application effect of specialized pain intervention in patients with perianal abscess surgery |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of specialized pain intervention in patients with perianal abscess surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with perianal abscess who received one-time radical surgery in Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College from August 2021 to February 2022 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received specialized pain intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The degree of postoperative pain, complications, wound healing, and recovery time of the two groups were observed. Results The comparison of visual analog scale (VAS) scores at each postoperative time point between the two groups, the differences was statistically significant (P＜0.05), and the VAS scores at each postoperative time point in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the total incidence of postoperative urinary retention, constipation, anal pain， and other complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); the wound healing scores of the two groups at each postoperative time point, the differences was statistically significant (P＜0.05), and the wound healing scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at each postoperative time point, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The mean time of wound healing and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Specialized pain intervention strategy applied in the surgical treatment of perianal abscess patients can help patients better relieve the degree of postoperative pain, reduce postoperative complications, promote postoperative wound healing faster, and effectively shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time of patients.
