自我管理支持策略在射血分数降低心力衰竭患者护理中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of self-management support strategy in the nursing of heart failure with ejection fraction reduction. Methods A total of 120 patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction admitted to Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received self-management support strategy based on the control group. Both groups were treated for one month, and the condition control and self-management ability of the two groups were observed. Results The readmission rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the average length of hospitalization was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After intervention, the self-management scores of both groups were higher than before intervention, and the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The score of health survey scale in both groups were higher than that before nursing, and those of the observation group was higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Self- management support strategy for heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction can effectively improve the condition of patients, improve their self-management ability, and improve their quality of life.
