Abstract Anatomy is the important course for medical students. It is the most important thing in the course construction to integrate the ideological and political elements of anatomy courses into the teaching process of anatomy course group in an all-round and whole process. In the process of anatomy course group reform and connotation construction, guided by curriculum ideology and politics, the paper explores and practices the reconstruction of anatomy course group construction system, the integration of the whole process into life culture education, and the all-round ideological and political construction of anatomy experimental teaching. By carrying out the opening ceremony of anatomy class to pay tribute to “speechless teacher”, human anatomy drawing contest, publicity and education activities of “body donation”, and integrating the deeds of anatomy-related medical scientists, life culture education and gratitude education into the ideological and political construction of anatomy curriculum, the teaching content of anatomy course group is thoroughly sorted out, the ideological and political elements of the course are explored in multiple dimensions, and the form and content of ideological and political thinking in anatomy course are enriched, so as to gradually build an anatomy teaching system deeply integrated with ideological and political education.
