| Bibliometric analysis on the research hotspots of mother-infant bedside nursing in China |

Abstract Objective To explore the research hotspots of mother-infant bedside nursing in China by bibliometrics method. Methods CNKI, Wanfang Data, and VIP were searched with “mother- infant”, “bedside”, and “nursing” as the keywords. The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to December 2021. SPSS 26.0, CiteSpace V, and CNKI literature visualization analysis system software were used to conduct cluster analysis and draw bar graphs and network graphs. Results A total of 437 literatures were included, of which only three were funded. The top ten journals with the most publications of literatures were all general journals. The distribution of publishing units of literatures in this field was relatively uniform in China. The most common keyword is “nursing quality”, and the most frequently cited literature is Application and effect of mother-infant bedside nursing model in obstetrics published in Chinese Journal of Nursing. Conclusion This paper systematically analyzes the literature publication, fund support, keyword co-occurrence, and literature citation of mother-infant bedside nursing, and analyzes the current research focus in this field as nursing content, nursing object, and nursing quality evaluation index, which has certain reference significance for relevant medical staff.
