King达标理论护理干预对运动区脑肿瘤患者术后肢体功能康复训练的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of King standard theoretical nursing intervention on the functional rehabilitation training of the limbs in patients. Methods Eighty-two patients with brain tumors in the motor area treated at Wuhan University Central South Hospital from September 2020 to February 2022 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 41 cases each. The control group was given conventional interventions while the observation group was given King standard theoretical nursing theory nursing interventions. The rehabilitation effects and motor function scale scores were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the excellent recovery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The proportions of upper limb muscle strength and lower limb muscle strength grade Ⅲ and above were higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After the intervention, the Fugl-Meyer score was higher in the observation group compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The role, somatic, social, emotional, and cognitive function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after the intervention, with statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The adoption of King standard theoretical nursing intervention for brain tumor patients in the motor area can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect, and improve the limb motor function and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
