Abstract In recent years, the injury of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) has increased year by year, and it has become a common sports injury. Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction is a widely accepted treatment method, but there are still controversies in the selection of surgical timing, surgical reconstruction method, graft, fixation method, and so on. In this paper, the relevant literature at home and abroad is reviewed, and the research status of arthroscopic ACL reconstruction is reviewed for clinical reference.
