Abstract The urgent demand for clinical biobank resources is increasing day by day, which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of biobank and sample quality. Although the national standards have been released, the specific measures are not uniform, and the construction of biobank in different regions is uneven, and the operation mode is also very different. The clinical biobank of Qingyuan People’s Hospital of Guangdong Province (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) combined with the development characteristics of our hospital, explored a set of single disease sample management mode with its own characteristics. This paper summarizes the management experience of clinical biobank in our hospital, so as to provide reference for the standardized construction and specific implementation mode of the biobank, in order to promote the rapid development of medical research to a certain extent.
