Intervention effect of humanistic care theory in nursing of patients with enhanced MRI examination |

Abstract Objective To explore the intervention effect of humanistic care theory in nursing of patients with enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent enhanced MRI examination in Bozhou People’s Hospital of Anhui Province were selected, including 49 patients who were examined from February 2020 to February 2021 as the control group, and 51 patients who were examined from March 2021 to March 2022 as the observation group. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the observation group adopted humanistic care theory. The scores of self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) before and after nursing were compared; the coordination and image quality of two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of two groups were lower than those after nursing, and those in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The coordination of observation group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The image pass rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care intervention for patients receiving enhanced MRI examination can improve the coordination of patients, reduce anxiety, depression, and other emotions.
