改良集束化护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the role of improved cluster nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure. Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure admitted to Nanjing First Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected. They were divided into routine group (42 cases, routine nursing) and study group (42 patients, routine + improved cluster nursing) by random number table method. The nursing comfort level, hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) score, quality of life measurement scale (QLQ-30), nursing adverse events, and Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scale (NSNS) score were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing comfort level and NSNS score of the study group were higher than those of the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After nursing, the HADS scale scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, while that of the research group was lower than that of the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After nursing, the QLQ-30 scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, while that of the research group was higher than that of the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Improved bundled care is beneficial for improving patient comfort, quality of life and satisfaction, and is also safe.
