Abstract Previously, temperature check only reaches a body surface but not organic scope, and temperature is controlled only by vista but not intelligent quantization. Harmless temperature measurement is minimal or none invasive in advantage, how to monitor thermotherapy control by examining temperature accurately as to take advantage of thermotherapy is a hot topic. This paper summarizes some ideas and methods of tumor hyperthermia by reviewing the latest literature on tumor hyperthermia. Precise hyperthermia for tumors, for example, can be planned through advanced technologies such as proton resonance frequency shift-magnetic resonance thermal imaging, magnetic resonance-guided, laser-induced thermal therapy, and Sigma-HyperPlan. This panper depicts the natural regulation of thermal treatment is by historically reviewing the developing procedure about thermal treatment, the principle and solution of thermal treatment in past is well learnt, and critical thinking is provided by now.
