马斯洛需要层次论下综合干预对带状疱疹伴瘙痒患者疾病知识掌握和自我负担的影响

Abstract Objective To study the effect of comprehensive intervention based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs in nursing care of patients with herpes zoster and pruritus on disease knowledge and self-burden. Methods A total of 80 patients with herpes zoster with pruritus admitted to Qingdao Municipal Hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intervention, while the study group was given comprehensive intervention under Maslow’s hierarchy of needs on the basis of the control group. The knowledge and self-burden of herpes zoster with pruritus before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the disease knowledge mastery scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, while the study group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After the intervention, the scores of care, economy, emotion, and treatment burden in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, while those of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The intervention satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive intervention under Maslow’s hierarchy of needs in the treatment and nursing of patients with herpes zoster and pruritus can effectively improve the patient’s knowledge of herpes zoster and pruritus, and reduce the patient’s self-burden. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
