| Effect of team stratified nursing combined with intra-aortic balloon pump postoperative nursing in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure |

Abstract Objective To analyze the application effect of team stratified nursing combined with intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) postoperative nursing in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 150 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure who underwent IABP in the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received IABP postoperative nursing, while the experimental group received team stratified nursing combined with IABP postoperative nursing. The cardiac function indexes before and after intervention were compared between the two groups, and the nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results After intervention, N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide, and ghrelin in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After intervention, the cardiac output, stroke volume, and percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the intervention. Conclusion The application of team stratified nursing combined with IABP postoperative nursing in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure can significantly improve their cardiac function, improve the quality of nursing services in all aspects, and has high safety, which is worthy of promotion.
