| Application effect of nursing clinical decision support system in perioperative nursing of gynecological malignant tumor |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of nursing clinical decision support system (CDSS) in perioperative nursing of gynecological malignant tumors. Methods A total of 128 patients with gynecological malignant tumors who were admitted to Tangdu Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into CDSS nursing group (used CDSS-based nursing work mode) and routine nursing group (only received routine nursing), with 64 cases in each group. The quality of care, complications, and patients’ satisfaction were evaluated in the two groups. Results The compliance rate of nursing grade, the correct rate of nursing diagnosis, and the timely rate of nursing treatment in the CDSS nursing group were higher than those in the routine nursing group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the CDSS nursing group was lower than that in the routine nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The scores of nursing operation, service timeliness, nursing safety, and overall nursing quality satisfaction in the CDSS nursing group were higher than those in the routine nursing group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The CDSS nursing work mode can improve the nursing quality of gynecological malignant tumor patients, reduce postoperative complications, and improve patients’ satisfaction.
