心脏康复干预在急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods A total of 110 AMI patients who underwent interventional surgery in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Tangdu Hospital, Air Force Medical University from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected, they were divided into conventional group and intervention group by random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. The routine group received routine nursing, and the intervention group received cardiac rehabilitation intervention. The improvement of psychological symptoms, cardiac function, and complications were observed after two weeks of intervention. Results After the intervention, the scores of psychological symptom self-rating scale score of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the routine group (P ＜ 0.05); the levels of left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular end-systolic volume in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group(P ＜ 0.05); the left ventricular ejection fraction in the intervention group was higher than that before intervention, and the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group (P ＜ 0.05); the total incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the routine group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation intervention in the nursing of AMI patients with interventional therapy can effectively improve the effect of psychological symptoms, promote better improvement of cardiac function, and effectively reduce complications.
