应用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对冠心病合并勃起功能障碍相关研究的可视化分析

Abstract Objective To explore the research status, hot spots, and trends in the field of coronary heart disease and erectile dysfunction in the past 20 years, and to use CiteSpace and VOSviewer software for visual analysis. Methods Taking Web of Science Core Aggregate Database as the data source, the visual analysis software CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to visually analyze the related researches on coronary heart disease and erectile dysfunction from January 2004 to October 2021, and the authors, countries/institutions distribution of related researches, and keywords were analyzed. Results A total of 549 papers were included, the number of documents issued showed a fluctuating upward trend before 2012, and a downward trend after 2012. There were obvious differences in by each country, and 12 of the top 15 countries by the number of issued documents were from Europe, America, and developed countries. Several stable cooperative teams had been formed among authors/institutions, but the cooperation between the teams was not close. Keyword analysis found multi-dimensional and multi-level research types involving drug treatment, clinical trials, meta-analyses, and outcome indicators. Conclusion In the past 20 years, the research content on coronary heart disease and erectile dysfunction is relatively rich. The current research hotspot trend is to summarize clinical experience and literature research, and the underlying mechanism needs to be further explored.
