Abstract
[Abstract] The comprehensive quality of party member cadres in public hospitals affects the development quality and direction of public hospitals. Education and training is a basic and regular work to improve the comprehensive quality of party member, and cadres in hospitals. However, party members and cadres of clinical, nursing, and medical technology majors in hospitals work 24 hours a day, time fragmentation, their work intensity and pressure, resulting in the quality of education and training is difficult to guarantee. Through a questionnaire survey of party member and cadres in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University, this paper found the problems existing in the education of party cadres in public hospitals, and puts forward that “Internet+” technology should be closely combined with the education and training of party member cadres in public hospitals and the high-quality development of public hospitals, so as to explore a new mode suitable for the education and training of party member cadres in public hospitals.
