广西壮族自治区贵港市献血人群HIV阳性的影响因素分析

Abstract Objective To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positivity among blood donors in Guigang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, to provide a basis for controlling HIV transmission through blood transfusion. Methods The blood HIV screening and confirmation results of 131 430 unpaid blood donors were analyzed in Central Blood Station of Guigang in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2018 to June 2021. The blood donors were divided into two groups according to whether they were HIV-positive or not, and the risk factors of HIV-positive people were analyzed and determined. Results Among the 131 430 blood donors, 46 were confirmed positive, and the confirmed positive rate was 35/10 000; among the 46 confirmed positive blood donors, the positive rate in Qintang District was the highest, and the positive rate in Gangbei District was the lowest. Univariate data analysis showed that the proportion of males, age, junior high school education and below, farmers, blood donation times 0 to 3 times, Qintang District and Guiping City in the positive group were significantly higher than those in the negative group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the number of blood donations (OR = 1.800), occupation (OR = 1.578), and education (OR = 1.937) were independent influencing factors of HIV positivity (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion From 2018 to 2021, the HIV-positive infection rate of blood donors in Guigang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is significantly higher than the national average. Occupation, blood donation frequency and education are independent risk factors, and focus on high-risk groups and increase publicity efforts to ensure blood safety.
