超声弹性成像技术在乳腺疾病中的应用进展

Abstract At present, the incidence and mortality of breast cancer show a significant upward trend. Early detection, diagnosis and treatment are very important for breast cancer patients. Two-dimensional ultrasound has low specificity in diagnosing breast cancer, and ultrasound elastography (UE) can evaluate the hardness characteristics of breast tissue on the basis of two-dimensional ultrasound, thereby providing effective information for accurate diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. UE techniques are mainly divided into two categories: strain elastography and shear wave elastography. The clinical application of UE is not only reflected in the identification of benign and malignant breast nodules, but also has great value in adjusting the BI-RADS classification, monitoring the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and evaluating the prognosis of breast cancer patients. This paper reviews the basic principles, diagnostic methods and clinical applications of breast diseases of UE.
