Abstract  Objective To explore the development of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) through visual analysis of rehabilitation related research. Methods Web of Science core collection and Scopus database were used as data sources, literatures related to CFS rehabilitation from the inception of the database to October 2021 were retrieved, and CiteSpace software was used to analyze authors, countries, keywords, and references. Results A total of 174 literatures were included. Four collaborative groups were formed among the authors. The biggest contributor was the England. There were 12 key words with intermediate centrality ≥ 0.1, forming 11 kinds of clusters. The most frequently cited literature was Comparison of adaptive pacing therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, graded exercise therapy, and specialist medical care for chronic fatigue syndrome (PACE): a randomised trial. Conclusion Clinical studies on CFS rehabilitation are increasing day by day.
