| One case report of osteofibrous dysplasia with aneurysmal bone cyst |

Abstract Osteofibrous dysplasia is a benign neoplastic lesion characterized by bone fibrodegeneration. Aneurysmal bone cysts get their name because of localized lesions and periperiosteal reactive bone deposits similar to aneurysmal distension, but the combination of the two is rare. Due to its low incidence, it is easy to be misdiagnosed. At present, pathological examination is the main means of diagnosis, imaging examination can provide a higher diagnosis basis before diagnosis, and surgery is the main treatment. Author collected one patient diagnosed with osteofibrous dysplasia with aneurysmal bone cyst and treated with femoral lesion curettage and iliac bone grafting in the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine in September 2021, and discussed the imaging, pathology, clinical diagnosis, and treatment of this rare disease by reviewing relevant literature.
