Clinical value of three-dimensional quality evaluation model in patients with diarrhea after kidney transplantation |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of applying three-dimensional quality evaluation model in patients with diarrhea after kidney transplantation. Methods A total of 106 patients with diarrhea after kidney transplantation admitted to Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received structure process structure three-dimensional quality evaluation model intervention. The incidence of perianal dermatitis, negative emotion, quality of life and satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the incidence of perianal dermatitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in both groups were lower than before intervention, and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention (P < 0.05); the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the two groups were higher than before intervention, and the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than the control group (P < 0.05), and the scores of satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of three-dimensional quality evaluation model in patients with diarrhea after renal transplantation can reduce the incidence of perianal dermatitis, relieve negative emotions, and improve the satisfaction of patients with quality of life.
