复方活血灵汤治疗股骨颈骨折术后深静脉血栓形成的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of compound Huoxueling Decoction in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis after femoral neck fracture. Methods A total of 82 patients with deep venous thrombosis after femoral neck fracture treated in Suining Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Sichuan Province from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the observation group was treated with compound Huoxueling Decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for two weeks. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment. The difference of thigh and calf circumference, hemorheology indexes, and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). After treatment, the difference of thigh and calf circumference between the two groups was decreased compared with that before treatment, and those in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The levels of plasma viscosity, whole blood hypershear viscosity, platelet adhesion rate, interleukin-6, and tumor necrosis factor-α in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The level of serum interleukin-10 in both groups was higher than that before treatment, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, the application of compound Huoxueling Decoction in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis after femoral neck fracture has a significant effect, which can significantly reduce symptoms, improve blood hypercoagulability and inhibit inflammatory reaction.
