Construction and practice research on case-based teaching of specialty courses in pharmaceutical engineering in local colleges and universities under the background of new engineering |

Abstract Facing the background of Industry 4.0 era and new engineering in higher education, this paper studies the construction and practice of case-based teaching in local colleges and universities of pharmaceutical engineering specialty application-oriented courses. Using the Feynman constructivism learning method, the abstract theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical process is reconstructed in the form of a box to reconstruct the operational framework knowledge, and a pharmaceutical case process teaching system supported by the Internet, information and digital technology is established. To construct a teaching model of “classroom case teaching-intelligent scene teaching in factories and schools-validating experimental process teaching-comprehensive process experimental training and operation teaching-self-designed pharmaceutical workshop process-multi-dimensional resource integration to improve case teaching gender degree”. Emphasis is placed on the progressive process of case process selection, process analysis, technical operation and engineering thinking from easy to difficult, from simple to comprehensive. It can cultivate “high-quality technical talents with strong adaptability, strong sense of innovation and entrepreneurship, and the core literacy and innovative values of new engineering engineers.
