Exploration and practice on the cultivation of the “dual thinking” ability of students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine based on undergraduate tutorial system |

Abstract Traditional Chinese medicine is China’s unique health resources and cultural heritage, and plays an important role in safeguarding people’s lives and health. As a rational, practical and comprehensive subject, chinese materia medica especially needs the active and effective guidance of tutors in the learning process of students. Based on the background proposed by pharmaceutical tutor, combined with the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system of chinese materia medica in Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, this paper analyzes the effective strategies of interactive education, thought guidance, scientific research training, and thinking training to promote ability improvement. It is proved that the implementation of the tutorial system can effectively promote the improvement of students’ comprehensive quality, scientific research thinking ability, clear career planning and the improvement of the guidance ability of full-time teachers, indicating that the tutorial system can effectively help the “dual thinking” ability training of undergraduates majoring in Chinese materia medica and provide reference for the teaching reform of relevant colleges and majors.
