老年股骨颈骨折治疗中应用综合护理配合全髋关节置换术的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing combined with total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly. Methods A total of 74 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated in Xidian Group Hospital from July 2019 to January 2021 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. They were treated with total hip arthroplasty. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical effects and pain degree of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The Harris score and Barthel index of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The pain score after intervention was lower than that before intervention, and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with total hip arthroplasty can improve the clinical effect and relieve the pain of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.
