Data mining of nursing research hotspots of ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU#br# |

Abstract Objective To conduct data mining was performed on nursing literature of ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP) in ICU patients in China, explore its research hotspots. Methods CiteSpace software was used to analyze all VAP nursing literature of China HowNet from the establishment of the database to October 1, 2021. The time was divided into 2-year nodes, the types were institutions, authors, and keywords, the connection strength was Cosine, and the visual knowledge map was generated by the minimum spanning tree algorithm. Results At present, there were 2417 VAP nursing research literatures in China, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University had the largest number of papers, and a total of 32 studies have been supported by the fund. Zhang Yao of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University had the largest number of papers, the journal with the largest number of VAP nursing research papers was World Latest Medical Information Abstracts. The research hotspots are VAP cluster nursing, oral nursing risk factors. Conclusion The morbidity and mortality of VAP are high, and will greatly increase the medical cost and the length of hospital stay, so it is important to carry out effective nursing measures while actively treating VAP.
