Abstract The integration of hospital industry and finance needs to integrate business data and financial data through information means to realize the integration of industry and finance, and then realizes the optimal allocation of resources and improve the efficiency of economic operation. Taking ZL Hospital as an example, this paper summarizes the difficulties and difficulties encountered in the process of promoting the integration of industry and finance, and finds the breakthrough point for improvement based on the actual business process, so as to put forward the main ideas and relevant enlightenment of the informatization construction of hospital budget management under the integration of industry and finance. Suggested that the hospital from the system integration, business process optimization, to carry out the three-level organic combination under centralized management, budget targets and strategic targets, budget formulation adjustment, the classification of the budget items and straighten out the relationship between the accounting and management, intensify expert argumentation, strengthen budget control, mark moved forward the aspects such as promote the hospital comprehensive budget management in construction industry fiscal integration mode.
