Abstract This paper is based on years of research results, systematically combs the development sources of multivariate convergence of Longjiang medicine, extracts the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of Longjiang medicine, such as the correlation between phlegm and blood stasis, water and blood common treatment, and the promote simultaneously of warm, moist, and clear, and the paper outlines the inheritance status of branches of 12 famous schools in Longjiang medicine such as Gao’s internal medicine for the first time, excavates and explains the characteristics of schools, such as the method of applying big prescription to treat again, Hui nationality medicine characteristic external treatment, gynecology “liver and kidney theory”, medulla oblongata paralysis nape needle treatment, etc., it is concluded that the investigation and study of Longjiang medicine should be closely combined with the special natural and social factors of Longjiang region, it’s not inferred.
