Abstract Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women. After receiving various treatment methods, especially endocrine therapy, breast cancer patients may develop climacteric like syndrome, thus reducing compliance with standard treatment and quality of life. Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the prevention and treatment of climacteric like syndrome. Professor Lu Wenping has profound atrements and rich experience in this aspect, and has his own unique views on the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and clinical medication. Professor Lu Wenping believes that the etiology, pathogenesis and prognosis of non-hormone-dependent and hormone-dependent patients are not the same. And according to the age and different endocrine environment, the medication for zang-fu organs will be different, with increased or decreased medication according to symptoms, clinical effect is significant.
